Grandseal —
built to be seen.
A construction-grade brand asked for a stand that didn't look like a brochure.
Grandseal — a UAE construction supplier — came to us six weeks before Big 5 Global. The brief: own the floor. Three principles drove the build: heavy-grade materials that match the product, lighting that pulled traffic from across the hall, and a meeting space that worked harder than a tradeshow booth normally does. We had Day 1 to first render in nine days and final approval to install in 38.
From a sketch on Day 1 to a live floor on Day 38.
Concept
Six-week clock. Brief: own the floor at Big 5 Global. We pitched a stand built like the product — heavy-grade, exposed-section, lit so it pulled traffic from the hall entrance.
Design
3D visualisation, lighting plan and full structural drawings approved on Day 9. The client signed off the render almost untouched — a record in our shop.
Costing
Itemised AED breakdown across timber, metal, lighting, AV, graphics and labour. No change orders during fabrication — what was quoted is what was built.
Fabrication
In-house carpentry and CNC. Custom welded frame, back-lit translucent panels, oversized brand letterforms milled from solid stock. Six builders on the floor.
Delivery
Move-in over 36 hours at DWTC. Live by 09:00 on opening day. Dismantled and out in 22 hours post-event.
On the floor.

“On the floor it looked exactly like the render. That's the highest compliment we get.”
